"Unfortunately, I seem to have fallen for a racket here. After initial, unbelievable efforts by the advisors and deposits on my part were exchanged again and again and for three weeks there is no more contact, although I see that one is constantly online on the WhatsApp number used so far. Emails are not answered either and when I call, no one picks up. Withdrawal requests on the site are not processed." If you have had similar experiences, you are in the right place.

GSL Markets: who is behind it?
Since the GSL Markets makers do everything they can to conceal the true circumstances, investors will find it quite difficult to answer this question. This is truly nothing out of the ordinary, as scammers often operate several of these websites with the same fraudulent business model. These are produced in advance, put online without interruption, and shut down just as quickly; moreover, the top-level domain is often changed to fool financial regulators and law enforcement agencies. Here, too, a successor site is about to be published. Its name is GLE Markets and it can currently still be found under the Kazakh developer domain tradernew.mycube.kz. Already now the domain gslmarket.com is used in addition.

But who is the operator of GSL Markets?
There is hardly any usable information on the GSL Markets website in this regard. Although the company Fizaliya EOOD with the address Bulgaria, city of Plovdiv 4006/ region Plovdiv, Plovdiv Municipality is indicated, there the makers of GSL Markets are certainly not to be found, finally, it concerns in the best case a letterbox company. In addition, there is the British telephone number +442045773811. The domain gsl-markets.com was registered on 29.07.2022 with NameCheap, Inc. Since 24.09.2022 there is a warning of the Austrian FMA against gsl-markets.com and glsmarket.com.

GSL Markets: Is Fizaliya EOOD the operating company?
The alleged operating company named Fizaliya EOOD mentioned on the websites, which is supposed to be registered under number 2953/1996 530, seems to be merely an attempt to pretend some kind of legality in our eyes. There is a company with this name in the Bulgarian Commercial Register, but the company number does not match the number given by the creators of the GSL Markets platform. The number registered in the Commercial Register is 115037646. Simeon Alyoshev was identified as the owner of the company. Our ongoing investigations will reveal whether the people behind this construct are based in Bulgaria and whether the aforementioned Fizaliya EOOD is indeed the operating company of GSL Markets.

GSL Markets: Scheme of the investment fraud
The investment fraud follows the well-known scheme: investors initially put in a small sum - usually, 250 euros - and are impressed by how quickly this amount increases, so much so that they are willing to "invest" higher and higher sums.
