Warning lists from Financial Regulators

Below is a list of warnings about entities that violate banking and supervisory regulations.  In the United Kingdom, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is in charge of such investigations, in Germany Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (BaFin), in Austria it is the Financial Market Authority (FMA) and in Switzerland the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA).  All four regulatory agencies issue warnings about companies that do not have a license to conduct financial services or to distribute capital investments. In many cases, these are the swindling companies that commit capital investment fraud.
