Since the Broker Shield LTD makers do everything to conceal the true circumstances, it will certainly be difficult for almost all investors to answer this question. In addition to the support e-mail address support@broker-shield.de, the potential investor is given the contact telephone number +41445863833 with a Swiss country code, but this does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about the operators of the platform. The address used in correspondence with the victims was Broker, 66 Great Suffolk St, SE1OBL London, United Kingdom. On the other hand, there are also indications that could lead one to Bucharest in Romania. Unfortunately, we could not find a successful trading empire à la Broker Shield LTD in any of the places mentioned, no trace of it.

Broker Shield LTD: International Searches
The worldwide search for Broker Shield LTD in the relevant registers leads to no result, it is a fantasy product. As far as the ostensible operating company of Broker Shield LTD is concerned - a company called CBrokers Technology LTD, which we were able to decipher from the information on the Broker Shield LTD website - such a company really exists in the commercial register of the United Kingdom. The registration number is 13688595, the managing director is the Austrian Dr. Stefan Kern. So far so good, he also communicated - allegedly - with the victims. However, in the London register, one finds a different address than the one communicated to the victims in correspondence.

Broker Shield LTD: Successor to Crypto Brokers
It also does not speak well for CBrokers Technology LTD that it was already associated with a fraudulent platform called Crypto Brokers (crypto-brokers.de) a long time ago, to which many investors fell victim in its time. In addition, CBrokers Technology LTD is about to be removed from the register. But how can a company that will soon be liquidated be a platform operator? And what role does the managing director Dr. Kern play in this construct? Is he really responsible for the perfidious rip-off on the sites broker-shield.de and crypto-brokers.de, or was his company merely the victim of identity theft? Obviously, there are many questions that need to be clarified. Our investigations into this matter are ongoing. It is not surprising that Broker Shield LTD has already been targeted by the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin). Thus, the latter issued the following warning on 01.02.2023: "Trading platform broker-shield.de: BaFin investigates against the responsible operator - The Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin)... clarifies that the operator of the website broker-shield.de, London, United Kingdom, does not have a licence under the German Banking Act (KWG) to conduct banking business or provide financial services. The company is not supervised by BaFin. The registration number shown on the page is assigned to the company CBROKERS TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. The provider has acted towards German investors under the name Broker Shield Ltd. The owner of the domain is Master Broker, Bucharest, Romania..."

The investment fraud apparently always plays out according to the same pattern: investors initially put in a small sum - usually 250 euros - and are impressed by how quickly this amount multiplies, so much so that they are prepared to "invest" ever higher sums.
